Instructions:Softened cream cheese, diced jalapenos, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl Mix everything together well Split the ground beef into four equal parts Make a thin patty out of one of the pieces Put a lot of the cream cheese mixture in the middle of the patty using a spoon For the second patty, take another piece of ground beef and flatten it out too It should be put on top of the cream cheese mix Carefully seal the edges of the two patties together, making sure that the cream cheese mixture stays inside Do the same thing with the rest of the ground beef and cream cheese mixture to make 4 stuffed burger patties Set your grill or pan on medium-high heat to get it ready The stuffed burgers should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them Place the stuffed burgers on lettuce leaves and top with extra sliced jalapenos if you like
