Quick Salmon Skillet

This quick salmon skillet recipe is perfect for busy weeknights when you need a delicious and nutritious meal on the table fast. With just a few simple ingredients and minimal prep time, you can have flavorful salmon ready to serve in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • Fresh herbs such as parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions:

On both sides, season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper


In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat


Put minced garlic in the pan and cook for one to two minutes, until the garlic smells good


Put salmon fillets that have been seasoned in the pan with the skin side down


After 3 to 4 minutes, the skin should be golden brown and crispy


After you flip the salmon fillets, cook for another two to three minutes, or until they are fully cooked


Add lemon slices and fresh herbs to the salmon after you squeeze lemon juice over it


Serve right away
